Printer Press Operator

Spherion is working with a rapidly growing printing company looking to add to their press team in Sun Prairie, WI! Previous experience in print is highly desirable, but a strong machine operator willing to learn print could be a great fit as well!

Role Highlights

• Temp to hire
• Pay rate:$20-21
• Schedule: 6am-6pm, 3-4 day rotating weeks
• Sun Prairie, WI

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret job tickets for web press printing
• Prepare the paper, ink, UV and other items for the printing process
• Hang and move plates
• Operated related print equipment such as a stacker or sheeter

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in press highly preferred otherwise a machine operator background with good longevity
• Ability to stand for a 12 hour shift
• Ability to interpret colors and use basic measuring and math

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
