Personal Lines Customer Service Agent

We're hiring a Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative for an independent insurance agency in the Marshfield area. If you excel at helping people protect what matters most and enjoy building long term client relationships, you will find a supportive and growth focused environment here. In this role, you will manage an assigned book of business, offer personalized coverage recommendations, and handle daily policy updates to keep clients fully supported.

What You'll Do

• Manage customer data and document interactions accurately in Applied Epic
• Process policy changes, conduct regular coverage reviews, and manage new business electronically
• Communicate consistently with clients via phone and email to provide updates and answer questions
• Assist policyholders through the claims process to ensure a smooth and helpful experience
• Identify opportunities to offer additional coverage and round out customer accounts

What You'll Bring

• Active Wisconsin Property & Casualty Insurance license
• 2 to 5 years of experience in personal insurance preferred
• Strong problem solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Applied Epic or similar agency software
