Manufacturing Machine Operator

$14 - $14.50 /Hour | Ashland, OH | 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift.

Pay: $14 - $14.50 /hour based on shift and attendance

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8-hour shifts

Location: Ashland, Ohio

Employment: Temp-to-Hire

Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Manufacturing Parts Finishers in Ashland. You'll work with finished parts, operate basic production equipment, check products for quality, and prepare them for packaging.

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Monday - Friday | 8-hour shifts

What You'll Do

• Operate finishing and production equipment
• Remove completed parts from machinery
• Trim and finish products as instructed
• Inspect parts for quality and defects
• Load and unload materials
• Package finished products
• Keep your workstation clean and organized
• Follow safety procedures and work with your team to meet production goals

What We're Looking For

• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn manufacturing processes
• Comfortable standing and staying active throughout the shift
• Ability to frequently handle materials weighing up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work

No high school diploma or GED required.

No previous manufacturing experience required.
