Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is the primary technical resource responsible for independently managing daily maintenance, equipment reliability, and facility upkeep at an assigned Midwest Refrigerated Services location. This role requires hands-on expertise across industrial electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building systems to execute preventive maintenance, perform durable repairs, oversee vendors, and maintain precise CMMS records. 1st shift Sunday through Thursday 6 am - 2:30 pm. 2nd shift Tuesday through Saturday 1:30 pm - 10 pm. Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and repair electromechanical failures, dock doors/levelers, conveyors, wrappers, compactors, balers, scrubbers, and material handling equipment. Electrical Systems: Perform industrial electrical maintenance, circuit installs, motor diagnostics, disconnects, lighting, and code-compliant wiring using a multimeter. Facility Maintenance: Execute plumbing, drywall, carpentry, roof, building envelope, and HVAC/refrigeration auxiliary repairs. Preventive Maintenance (PM): Perform routine PMs on warehouse equipment and facilities according to schedule, logging exact readings and findings.

Intermediate Computer Skills. Safety & Regulatory Compliance
