Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Rochester, MN Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (Permanent from Day 1) Compensation: $60,000 - $66,000 (Depending on experience)

As a hands-on leader, you will support the Property Manager by leading the team of Maintenance Technicians, establishing and maintaining vendor relationships, managing an established budget without sacrificing quality, and keeping the team motivated and safe.

Responsibilities:

Lead team of Maintenance Technicians while completing hands-on maintenance work in the following areas: Plumbing HVAC Electrical Construction Groundskeeping Landscaping

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

3+ years experience in property maintenance or a technical field (plumbing, HVAC, electrical), groundskeeping or landscaping, and construction. Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Willing to use/learn basic technology. Complete duties with minimal supervision. Manage inventory. Adhere to safety regulations.
