Maintenance Mechanic

Maintenance Mechanic / Mechanical/Electrical Technician responsible for plant equipment troubleshooting, repair, breakdown services, and operational support to maximize production efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting & Repairs: Provide mechanical and electrical breakdown services and repair all plant equipment.

Production Support: Work closely with production associates and supervision to maximize plant operational efficiency.

Safety & Housekeeping: Perform daily safety checks for unsafe conditions and carry out daily housekeeping activities.

Manufacturing Processes: Promote lean manufacturing principles across all maintenance tasks.

Cross-Department Fill-in: Serve as a breakdown technician across any department as required.

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Skills:

High school diploma or GED

Electrical, HVAC and mechanic experience

Education:

High School

1-4 years

Qualifications:

Industrial maintenance experience (approximately 3 years or equivalent general mechanical and electrical experience)

Mechanical and electrical aptitude

Computer literacy

Ability to work effectively under pressure with minimal supervision

Good attendance history and a solid work ethic

High commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
