Job Description:
- Program machinery.
- Set-up machinery to specifications.
- Operate CNC Machining
- Working knowledge of manual machines: saw, lathe, or mill.
- Ability to work on other machines throughout the facility.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper use of machinery and other tools to ensure a safe working environment.
- Support initiatives in different areas that include quality, safety, and cost cutting.
- Follow metrics and attain tasks assigned throughout the hour/shift/day.
Education: High School
- High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 3 months
Physical:
- Standing / Walking,Bending / Stooping / Kneeling
Skills:
- Ability to stay organized and keep work area clean.,Ability to work overtime as needed.,Ability to learn quickly on the job. Strong outlook towards safety and quality.
Related Experience: Experience working on saw, lathe, or mill., Knowledge of manual machines., Proficiency in shop math., Ability to read blueprints., GD&T Principles.
