MACHINE OPERATOR

Spherion Fort Myers is looking for an energetic, dependable Machine Operator to join a growing food and beverage manufacturing team in Clewiston, FL. Responsibilities:

As a Machine Operator, you will play a hands-on role in daily production. -Operating, monitoring, and sanitizing processing and packaging equipment to maintain product quality and food safety standards. -Assisting with equipment start-ups, shutdowns, and routine machine adjustments. -Working closely with team members across the production floor to hit daily packaging goals safely and efficiently. -Responding to changing line speeds and assisting with troubleshooting whenever machine breakdowns occur.

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Skills:

-Previous experience in food, beverage, or dairy manufacturing. -Familiarity with basic mechanical troubleshooting and sanitation procedures

Education:

No Degree Required

Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

-Ability to work a rotating shift schedule (alternating between 1st shift: 3:45 am???12 pm and 2nd shift: 11 am???7:45 pm). -Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout an entire shift. -Strong multitasking skills and comfort working around automated machinery. -Reliable team player with a focus on safety and attendance.
