LEAD MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Our client, a local non-profit, is in need of a full-time general maintenance worker to assist the team with a wide array of duties including electrical, plumbing, installation, painting, floor cleaning, etc This is a temp-to-perm position -- with the right candidate this has the potential of becoming a permanent position!

Responsibilities:

• Replacing lightbulbs
• painting properties
• installation and removal
• Light plumbing work
• light electrical work

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:

Excellent written/verbal communication skills Bilingual (english/spanish) is preferred Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Education:

High School

Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

General maintenance ability open and flexible to work during the week
