Inventory Support Associate

$15 /Hour | Ashland, OH | 1st Shift

Pay: $15.00 /hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM

Overtime: As needed

Location: Ashland, Ohio

Start Early. Finish at 2 PM.

Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring an Inventory Support Associate for a hands-on manufacturing opportunity in Ashland.

If you're organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy staying active, this position offers a chance to build inventory and warehouse experience while working a consistent early-morning schedule.

You'll use handheld scanners to track finished products, keep inventory organized, and help move materials between production and shipping.

Previous inventory or warehouse experience is helpful, but not required.

What You'll Do

• Scan and track finished products using handheld barcode scanners
• Move completed products from production to inventory and shipping areas
• Verify inventory locations and keep records accurate
• Enter and confirm information in an inventory system
• Help prevent inventory buildup and production delays
• Work with production and shipping teams to keep materials moving
• Maintain an organized and safe work area

What We're Looking For

• Dependable attendance and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn scanning equipment
• Ability to follow instructions and stay organized
• Comfortable walking and staying active throughout the shift
• Ability to frequently lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable pushing and pulling carts or tables of materials
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Previous warehouse, inventory, scanning, or material-handling experience is a plus but NOT a requirement.
