Job Description:

As a Grinder the main job is to grind and finish metal pieces and products, Other duties would include, repairs, quality checks, and performing putty work. You would also maintain a clean and safe work area.

Responsibilities:

• Grind and finish metal pieces and products.
• Repair welds and surface issues.
• Perform repair work as needed on defective areas.
• Use different types of hand tools.
• Review finished products and perform checks.
• Keep a clean and safe working setting.
• Support other working areas as needed.

Education: High School

• High School Diploma or GED

Experience: 12 months

• Manufacturing

Physical:

• Moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs),Standing / Walking,Repetitive Motion,Bending / Stooping / Kneeling,Hot Environments,PPE Required (Noise / Chemical / Dust)
