Job Title: Folding and Packaging Associate Job Type: Full-Time/Entry-Level Location: Waseca, MN Work Environment: Clean, climate-controlled, team-oriented facility Pay: $17.00/HR

About the Role We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented team members to join a manufacturing company in Waseca. In this role, you will help prepare, finish, and package mats for shipping. No prior manufacturing experience is required-they provide full, on-the-job training! Responsibilities:

• Mat Finishing & Packing: Fold various sized mats to specification, box finished goods, and securely stack/palletize them for shipment.
• Component Prep: Accurately apply decals and punch out designated holes on different shaped tubes.
• Quality Inspection: Check items for proper appearance, alignment, and packaging standards before they head out the door.
• Team Support: Maintain a tidy, organized workstation and assist with related light production duties as assigned.
• May work in other departments as needed.

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
