Job Description:

Mechanically inclined? Then this position may be a great fit for you. No extensive experience necessary but you will need to enjoy fix and adjusting items mechanically to be successful in this position. This includes the start-up, operation, adjustments to proper parameters involving close tolerances, maintenance, troubleshooting, and cleaning of the equipment.

Responsibilities:

• This is an 18 month training program starting out on 1st shift training with a trainer.
• No formal education needed for this position, just the ability to fix things mechanically and enjoy placing items back together.
• First steps would learning how to operate the machinery and then a few months last learn how to adjust and fix minor repairs.
• Perform essential functions of the operator during breaks.

Education: High School Experience: 2 months

• High degree of mechanical aptitude

Physical:

• Moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs),Standing / Walking,Repetitive Motion,Bending / Stooping / Kneeling,Pushing / Pulling,Hot Environments,Cold Environments,Manual Dexterity
