Role Description

We’re seeking a Material Handler who will be responsible for responsible for supporting the efficient movement, storage, organization, and distribution of materials throughout the facility. This position ensures materials are available where and when they are needed while maintaining accurate inventory and a safe, organized work environment.

This is a on-site role based out of our Burlington, NJ Warehouse & Manufacturing Facility.

• Receive, move, organize, and distribute materials and supplies.
• Pick and stage materials for production, warehouse, or shipping.
• Load and unload materials.
• Verify materials against work orders or packing slips.
• Maintain accurate inventory and material locations.
• Perform inventory counts and help resolve discrepancies.
• Label, store, and organize materials.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts, as authorized.
• Deliver materials to production areas.
• Keep warehouse and storage areas clean and safe.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials.
• Other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience

• Previous material handling, warehouse, manufacturing, or inventory experience preferred.
• Previous experience operating a forklift or other material-handling equipment preferred.
• Forklift certification required.

Skills

• Ability to accurately count, organize, and track materials.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.

Compensation - The pay range for this role is $20 Hourly
