In-house Patent Paralegal

SourcePro Search has a fantastic in-house opportunity for an experienced Patent Paralegal/Legal Assistant with a growing and exciting company in Morris County.

This is a great opportunity to grow with a dynamic company and we are seeking highly motivated candidates with:

• at least 5-years of experience in a patent prosecution environment.
• The successful candidate will have excellent administrative skills including Powerpoint and a solid knowledge of patent procurement and prosecution.

Qualifications:

• At least 5-years of experience in a patent environment and solid knowledge of U.S. and PCT patent application filings.
• Candidate's must have a Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with use of docketing software (CPI or other) and database systems.
• Solid computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Type at least 50 wpm with high accuracy.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check.
