Desktop Engineer - Cleveland

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred) in IT-related field and/or 4+ years' experience designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft Infrastructure environments.
• Proven understanding of Windows System Engineering, Active Directory, DNS, Scripting experience (Batch, WMI, VBScript, Powershell, .net) related to a desktop environment
• Knowledge and proficiency with Scripting Languages VBScript, and SQL
• Advanced Group Policy Management & Administration
• Windows Systems Engineering and Troubleshooting skills
• Excelled proficiency engineering/managing/operating a SCCM environment is highly desired.
• Strong skills in Windows XP/7, Microsoft Outlook and Office.
• Prior experience in working projects supporting IT Risk/Security
• Knowledge in supporting Apple (MAC) environments a plus
• Ability to translate and implement complex technical requirements into implementable and manageable solutions
• Must possess good verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with mission-critical services and applications in a large enterprise environment
• Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
