SourcePro Search has a fantastic opportunity for a Tax Attorney.
The candidate must have:
- experience working on a variety of commercial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, partnerships and corporate finance transactions, both domestic and cross border.
- Strong academics from a tier 1/2 school is required.
- Large law firm experience is preferred.
