Registered Nurse

Position Summary SOS Healthcare Staffing is seeking qualified and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) for flexible per diem opportunities at Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care facilities throughout the Greater Denver Metro Area. This opportunity is ideal for RNs seeking additional income, flexible scheduling, or the opportunity to work with a variety of healthcare facilities while maintaining greater control over their work schedule. Available Shifts

• Day, evening, and night shifts
• Weekday and weekend opportunities
• 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts may be available
• Flexible per diem scheduling
• Choose shifts based on your availability

Essential Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:

• Performing comprehensive nursing assessments
• Administering medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitoring resident conditions and responding appropriately to changes in health status
• Developing, implementing, and supporting resident care plans
• Providing wound care and other skilled nursing interventions
• Supervising and supporting LPNs, CNAs, and other care team members as appropriate
• Communicating with physicians, providers, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Promoting resident safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of care
• Following facility policies, infection-control procedures, and applicable nursing standards

Minimum Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN License – Required
• Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience
• Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care experience preferred
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Current TB screening
• Ability to successfully complete required background screening
• Ability to meet additional facility-specific credentialing requirements
