Position Summary SOS Healthcare Staffing is seeking dependable and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for flexible per diem opportunities at Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care facilities throughout the Greater Denver Metro Area. This opportunity is ideal for LPNs looking to supplement their income, gain experience working with multiple facilities, or create a flexible schedule that fits their lifestyle. Available Shifts
- Day, evening, and night shifts
- Weekday and weekend opportunities
- 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts may be available
- Flexible per diem scheduling
- Choose shifts based on your availability
Essential Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitoring resident conditions and reporting changes to the RN or appropriate provider
- Performing nursing assessments and documenting findings
- Providing wound care and other skilled nursing interventions
- Supporting and supervising CNAs as appropriate
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Promoting resident safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of care
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Following facility policies, infection-control procedures, and applicable nursing standards
Minimum Qualifications
- Active Colorado LPN License – Required
- Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience
- Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care experience preferred
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
- Current TB screening
- Ability to successfully complete required background screening
- Ability to meet additional facility-specific credentialing requirements
