You’ll partner with the Managing Partner to lead the team, strengthen restaurant performance, and create the fast, friendly experience guests expect - all while preparing for future Managing Partner and above-store opportunities.

What you’ll do:

• Help oversee daily operations while upholding SONIC standards and policies
• Support the Managing Partner by leading training, scheduling, and team performance
• Manage inventory, food safety compliance, and guest concerns
• Support financial performance through cash handling and expense control
• Partner with the Managing Partner on growth initiatives and protecting the SONIC brand

Performance bonus:

Eligible for a restaurant performance bonus.

What you bring:

• At least 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit & loss responsibility; quick-service experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment
