Company Description EchoPark Automotive is one of the fastest growing brands within the automotive industry. We are building a business based on doing things the right way. From the way we treat our guests, take pride in our work and share opportunities for our employees to grow as we grow. We are proud of what we're doing here and would love to tell you about our opportunities!

Job Description

eCarOne first opened its doors over 30 years ago and has since sold more than 100,000 vehicles nationwide and across the globe, now backed by Sonic Automotive and EchoPark Automotive since our acquisition in 2021. We pride ourselves on transparency, and that starts with our pricing. The price you see online is the price you pay, with no haggling and no hidden surprises. Every car on our lot is hand selected, researched and inspected before it joins our inventory, and our reconditioning process is top notch. We're proud of the experience we've built and the team behind it, with many teammates who have 10+ years of tenure with us. That says a lot about who we are and how we treat our people. What You Will Do

Guide guests through the sales process for luxury vehicles, from appraisals and test drives to credit applications and financing options
Wear many hats throughout the process with a customer service first mentality
Gather and process customer data accurately to complete transaction paperwork
Learn and stay current on eCarOne's luxury inventory and make informed recommendations
Build and maintain relationships with guests and teammates, demonstrating outstanding teamwork
Thrive in a fast paced environment and multitask across multiple guests and deals at once
Be authentic. Who you are at home should be the same person you are at work

What We Are Looking For

Resilient, agile, and open to change
Happy, energetic, and a strong sense of urgency
Great professional attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
Active listening and strong communication skills
Respect for teammates and yourself
Positive outlook and a thirst for leadership
Competitive spirit balanced with a team first mindset
Learner mindset, able to absorb and contribute to our culture
Automotive sales experience preferred
CRM experience and the ability to navigate multiple software tools and systems
Strong and confident presentation skills
Organized and disciplined prior performance
Punctual and reliable

What We Offer You

Average compensation $60,000 to $175,000/year
Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
401k with 4% company match
Paid vacation
Access to leadership and personal development programs
Business casual attire
Consistent schedule, Monday through Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm
