What You\'ll Do As a warehouse lead associate, you\'re key to directing the day-to-day warehouse activities in the distribution center including picking, packing, and loading of customer orders and transfers. You\'ll work in a positive, fast-paced environment with a supportive team. You will... Direct and perform a variety of warehousing duties such as loading, unloading, checking, stocking, order picking and shipping of material. Monitor and verify the accuracy of incoming and outbound shipments by checking items and quantities against picking documents or packing slip documents. Ensure that all customer orders and branch transfers are filled, packaged, loaded, and delivered correctly and on schedule. Monitor placement of merchandise into stock for correct location, proper slotted location of new product. Monitor equipment maintenance and housekeeping. Shares information concerning best practices, procedures, and policies to ensure a safe and productive work environment. Monitor to ensure security procedures are being followed. Assist in training and development of associates, Monitor attendance, hours and job performance. Follow and promote procedures that keep the warehouse safe and secure What You Bring Requirements: Minimum of 2 years warehouse experience including order picking, receiving, and shipping.
