  • Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic and laboratory testing.
  • Provide postoperative care and ongoing patient follow-up.
  • Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, medications, preventive care, and follow-up recommendations.

Develop Your ENT & Procedural Expertise

  • Participate in and assist with office-based ENT procedures as appropriate.
  • Gain experience managing a diverse range of ear, nose, throat, allergy, and related conditions.
  • Develop increasing confidence and independence in specialty patient care.
  • Continue expanding your clinical knowledge through hands-on experience, physician collaboration, and continuing education.

Collaborate With Our Clinical Team

  • Collaborate with the physician on complex cases and treatment decisions when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation within the electronic health record.
  • Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients, families, and members of the care team.
  • Participate in quality improvement and continuing education activities.
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive, and patient-centered practice environment.
