Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) School-Based

Location: Colorado Springs, CO Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Contract Duration: To Be Determined Openings: Multiple Hourly Pay Rate: $55–$65

Job Description

We are seeking qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide school-based speech and language services within Academy District 20 in Colorado Springs, CO. These positions focus on helping students develop communication skills and succeed in the educational environment. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language assessments to identify students' communication needs.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and goals.
• Provide individual and group speech-language therapy services.
• Support students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Requirements

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Colorado.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work with students receiving special education services.
• Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates may be considered, depending on position requirements.
