Soliant Education is seeking Paraprofessionals for full-time, onsite contract positions near Newark, Delaware. This is a short-term assignment supporting kindergarten classrooms in a school-based setting. Position Details

• Role: Paraprofessional
• Area: Near Newark, DE
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time
• Hours: 35 hours/week with 30-minute unpaid lunch
• Contract Length: Approximately 60 days
• Setting: Elementary school
• Caseload: Kindergarten classroom support
• Openings: 2
• Start: ASAP

Requirements

• Active Delaware Paraeducator Permit required
• School-based or classroom support experience preferred
• Ability to support students and collaborate with classroom staff
• Must complete district onboarding requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic support in kindergarten classrooms
• Assist teachers and school staff with daily classroom needs
• Support student learning, behavior, and engagement
• Follow school and district procedures for student support
