Elementary School Speech-Language Pathologist

Soliant is working with a small school district in Wilmington, DE, and is seeking a full-time contract Speech-Language Pathologist for an elementary caseload.

Requirements:

• Delaware SLP license
• 2+ years of Speech Therapy experience in school settings preferred

Pay and benefits:

• Hourly W2 pay of $55 to $68/hr, dependent on experience
• Health, vision and dental insurance
• Employer matched 401(k)

Description of Duties:

• Assess students referred for possible speech and language needs.
• Present evaluation results and propose IEP (Individual Education Plan) goals at IEP meetings
• Provide individual and/or group therapy sessions for students with identified speech and language disorders.
• Consult with teachers, counselors, parents, nurses, and administrators on speech and language concerns.
• Maintain accurate records for all students on the caseload.
