Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

• Current certification in Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT) or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology
• Valid imaging technologist license as required by state guidelines
• Prior experience as a CT Technologist in a clinical or hospital setting
• Strong knowledge of CT protocols, anatomy, and safety practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality diagnostic images with a patient-focused approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CT imaging equipment to obtain diagnostic images per physician orders
• Prepare and position patients for CT procedures, ensuring safety and comfort throughout
• Evaluate images for quality and follow appropriate protocols for retakes or additional views
• Maintain thorough electronic and paper documentation for each procedure
• Collaborate with radiologists and the broader care team to review and clarify exam requests
• Practice strict radiation safety guidelines to protect patients and staff
• Monitor and maintain equipment, reporting any malfunctions promptly
