Cath Lab Technologist - Davison, MI

Step into a vital role supporting advanced cardiac procedures in a dynamic Cath/EP Lab environment. This contract opportunity spans 13 weeks and requires a dedicated professional ready to contribute to a high-performing team while enhancing patient outcomes.

Schedule:

• Full-time, weekdays, 6:30a–5p
• One variable weekday off each week
• On-call commitment: 1 weekend per month (Friday 5p–Monday 6:30a)
• On-call for 4 weeknights each month (5p–6:30a next day)
• No routine weekend shifts beyond on-call responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of recent experience in a cardiac/EP lab setting
• Proficient in scrubbing for heart catheterizations, peripheral vascular, structural heart, and electrophysiology procedures
• Preferably holds RCIS or RCES licensure; ARRT with relevant hands-on experience also considered
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Familiarity with the Merge Hemo documentation system is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain a sterile field for all cath lab procedures, including advanced cardiac and EP interventions
• Collaborate closely with physicians and staff to ensure optimal workflow and patient safety
• Accurately document patient data using relevant electronic systems
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, responding promptly to urgent procedural needs
• Uphold strict infection control and quality assurance standards
