School-Based BCBA Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday | School Hours We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a school-based team in the White Bear Lake, MN area and provide behavioral support to students with diverse learning and behavioral needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Conduct FBAs and analyze behavioral data
- Provide behavioral support and consultation to students and school staff
- Train and support Behavior Technicians and paraprofessionals
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience working with children or adolescents preferred
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary school team What We Offer
