Behavior Tech Needed for 26/27

Soliant is seeking a Behavior Tech to join a supportive school district near Lancaster, CA for the 2026–2027 school year. This position is part-time, and is ideal for an RBT who enjoys working directly with students and collaborating with school-based special education and behavioral teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and/or small-group behavioral support to students
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and ABA-based strategies
• Collect and document behavioral data
• Assist students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional goals
• Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school staff
• Support students throughout the school day as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children or students with behavioral needs preferred
• School-based or special education experience is a plus
• Strong communication, patience, and behavior-management skills
