Application Deployment Specialist

Join our team that manages the configuration and deployment of Mobile Commerce solutions. The successful candidate will manage multiple deployment projects with varying complexities

This is a remote position with travel to client sites with an Eastern Standard work schedule. Please note, work schedule may include some evenings & weekends based on deployment needs.

About the job

This role supports the successful implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of assigned software platforms. You will serve as a subject matter expert, partnering with users and vendors to ensure systems are configured effectively, maintained accurately, and aligned with evolving business needs. Your work will connect technical expertise with practical solutions that enhance performance and user experience.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $64600 per year - $100430 per year

What’s in it for you

Train, test, troubleshoot and data configuration of mobile applications

Completion of all administrative projects, functions, and deployment for multiple platforms

• Serve as the primary expert for assigned platforms and guide users through setup and configuration.
• Support full deployment activities including data setup, testing, reporting, and go live coordination.
• Partner with vendors to manage upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and validate system enhancements.
• Deliver user training and consultation to improve adoption and platform utilization.
• Analyze system data and reporting outputs to identify optimization opportunities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by recommending workflow and configuration updates.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure platforms meet operational and strategic objectives.

What you’ll bring

Familiarity with mobile applications and project management skills

Knowledge of Everyday Mobile App, Dynamify Dashboard, Retail Ranger or Smartsheet preferred

• Experience managing or supporting enterprise software platforms, including configuration and reporting.
• Knowledge of data structures, system testing, and deployment processes.
• Experience providing user consultation, training, and ongoing technical support.
• Skill diagnosing system issues and coordinating resolution with external vendors.
• Analytical thinking that supports system enhancements and process improvements.

Requirements

• Education Requirement: Associate degree or equivalent experience
• Related Experience: 2 years
