Industrial Maintenance Technician

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:\

Understand and adhere to corporate policies and procedures\ Perform welding, plumbing, pipefitting, metal fabrication, equipment troubleshooting, and\ installation of equipment\ Perform basic electrical testing and troubleshooting of motor starters, drives, controls, etc.\ Ability to wear PPE and other safety equipment\ Technical knowledge of pumps, gear boxes, hydraulics, and other equipment\ Ability to read blueprints, and P&IDs, and other drawings\ Assist and perform trouble shooting/repairs to multiple types of equipment\ Follow procedures and SOPs guidelines\ Interface with plant personnel, contractors, and vendors\ Perform site safety, GMP conditions, and safety concerns and observations\ Ability to use hand, air, and power tools\ Ability to lift and maneuverer fifty (50) pounds without mechanical assistance\ Provide off-shift coverage and call-ins\ Knowledge of Microsoft applications for data entry/document creation
