• Year 1: $70,000 – $100,000+
• Year 2: $100,000 – $200,000+
• Base pay + monthly performance bonuses + uncapped commission

What the job actually is You'll help homeowners whose roofs were damaged by wind and hail. You'll inspect the roof, document the damage, and walk them through the insurance process. Many homeowners pay as little as 5% of a full roof replacement. You're showing up with a solution that they need.

A typical week:

• Meet homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
• Inspect roofs and document storm damage
• Guide customers through their insurance claim from start to finish
• Get weekly coaching from experienced reps and managers
