• Appliance installation and basic maintenance
• Property maintenance, troubleshooting, and general repairs

Requirements:

• Experience in at least one handyman or repair skill
• Own tools and equipment
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to travel within a 50-mile radius
