About Access Healthcare

Access Healthcare is a leading healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) partner to hospitals, health systems, physician groups, and healthcare technology companies. We combine deep RCM expertise, a global delivery team, and automation to improve our clients' cash flow and reduce cost to collect. Access Healthcare is a New Mountain Capital portfolio company, and our Go-To-Market (GTM) team is growing to match our ambitions.

About the role

The Sales Enablement Manager makes our sellers and Client Success Managers faster, sharper, and more consistent. You will own onboarding, training, sales content, and the playbooks that turn our methodology into daily habits. Working inside GTM Operations, you will partner closely with Sales, Client Success, Marketing, Solutions, and Sales Operations, and you will measure enablement by its impact on pipeline, win rates, and ramp time.

Key responsibilities

Onboarding and ramp

  • Build and run a structured onboarding program for new VPs of Sales, SDRs, and Client Success Managers, with clear 30/60/90 day milestones
  • Track ramp progress and certify readiness on our services, pricing approach, and sales process

Training and methodology

  • Reinforce our selling methodology through ongoing coaching, deal reviews, and account planning sessions
  • Deliver product and service line training (coding, AR follow-up, denials, payment posting, end-to-end RCM) in partnership with Solutions and Operations
  • Plan and run enablement content for the annual Sales Kickoff and quarterly team trainings

Content and tools

  • Own the sales content library on the GTM Hub: decks, case studies, battle cards, objection handling guides, ROI tools, and proposal templates
  • Partner with Marketing to keep messaging, competitive positioning, and collateral current and on brand
  • Drive adoption of Salesforce and sales tools (ZoomInfo, conversation intelligence) alongside Sales Operations

Playbooks and process

  • Create playbooks for prospecting, discovery, RFP response, and expansion within existing clients
  • Capture win/loss insights and turn them into updated plays and training

Measurement

  • Define and report enablement KPIs: time to first opportunity, ramp to quota, content usage, training completion, and win rate trends
  • Gather regular feedback from sellers and leaders to prioritize the enablement roadmap

Qualifications

Qualifications

Required

  • 4+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or a quota-carrying B2B sales role, with at least 2 years focused on enablement
  • Experience enabling teams that sell complex, high-value services with long sales cycles (6 to 18 months)
  • Proven ability to design and deliver onboarding and training programs for experienced sellers
  • Strong Salesforce proficiency and comfort using data to show impact
  • Excellent facilitation, writing, and presentation skills; credible with senior sellers and executives
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred

  • Background in healthcare revenue cycle management, healthcare services, or health tech
  • Certification or hands-on experience with Miller Heiman (Strategic Selling, LAMP) or a similar methodology
  • Experience with conversation intelligence tools (such as Gong) and content platforms (such as SharePoint)
  • Experience supporting both new logo and account management (Client Success) teams

What success looks like

First 90 days

  • Audit current onboarding, content, and training, and deliver a prioritized enablement roadmap
  • Launch a standard onboarding program for new sales and Client Success hires
  • Organize the sales content library on the GTM Hub so sellers can find what they need in minutes

First year

  • Measurably shorter ramp time for new sellers
  • Consistent use of our methodology in deal and account reviews
  • Enablement KPIs reported to GTM leadership on a regular cadence
  • Sales Kickoff content and quarterly trainings delivered with strong participant feedback

What we offer

  • Competitive base salary plus annual bonus
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), and paid time off
  • A visible role on a growing GTM team with direct access to senior leadership
  • A hybrid schedule based in Dallas

Access Healthcare is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds and do not discriminate on the basis of any protected characteristic.
