Key Responsibilities:
- Meal Preparation --- Cook and serve breakfast and lunch according to menus.
- Menu Execution --- Follow weekly menus and portion requirements.
- Kitchen Sanitation --- Clean and sanitize all kitchen surfaces, equipment, dishes, and food storage areas daily.
- Grocery Shopping --- Purchase groceries, maintain inventory.
- Food Safety Compliance --- Follow proper food handling, storage, and temperature control procedures.
- Core Competencies:
- Time Management --- Prepare meals on schedule for multiple classrooms
- Organization --- Maintain a clean, efficient kitchen
- Attention to Detail --- Ensure accuracy in portioning, labeling, and storage
