Customer Service Coordinator

Skyworks LLC is a family-owned and operated construction equipment rental company. Skyworks is a team inspired by a positive culture to build exceptional customer experiences.Our Pensacola branch needs a Service Writer.

In this position the candidate will assist our customers by:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
• Responding to customer service inquires and issues in a timely manner.
• Knowing our products inside and out to answer customer questions.
• Maintaining accurate records and documenting customer service activities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Knowledge of construction equipment is preferred.
