Safety Manager

SkyWater is partnering with a growing engineering firm to hire a Safety Manager who will oversee their Texas region! This person will be the go-to safety leader for multiple offices across the state, and will be based out of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. It's a high visibility and autonomous position where you'll coach field employees on safety procedures, partner with senior leadership on strategic safety initiatives, lead incident investigations, implement corrective actions and shape how safety initiatives are implemented across the Texas region. Our client's crews are spread across many project sites, so this role suits someone who enjoys being out in the field and building relationships in a field setting. We're looking for a safety professional with 3-5 years of construction or field safety experience and someone who can influence every level of an organization (field employees, executive leaders, etc.).
