Location: East Metro, Twin Cities, MN (onsite) Base salary: $150,000 to $175,000, plus annual bonus and profit sharing

The role
The HR Director is the company's senior HR leader and a member of the leadership team, reporting to the President. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll set the people strategy and advise executives while staying actively involved in day-to-day HR. You'll lead a lean function and have real influence on how the organization grows from here.
