Ready to take the lead? Sky Zone Lima is looking for energetic, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our leadership team as Team Leads! We're not looking for someone who just wants to clock in and collect a paycheck. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, leads by example, and knows how to make work fun while getting the job done. As a Team Lead, you'll help keep our park running smoothly, support and motivate our team, and make sure every guest has an amazing experience. You'll be a key part of our day-to-day operations and help set the standard for the entire team. ** ** RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead, coach, and motivate Team Members during daily operations. - Help manage park operations, including opening and closing procedures. - Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and employees. - Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve concerns professionally. - Hold Team Members accountable for performance, safety, and park standards. - Support sales efforts, including memberships, birthday parties, and special events. - Work alongside the team when needed. Great leaders aren't afraid to jump in! - Communicate effectively with park management and help identify opportunities for improvement. ** ** QUALIFICATIONS - Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred, but we're willing to develop the right person. - Strong communication skills and the confidence to lead a team. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. - Dependable, responsible, and able to make decisions under pressure. - Previous experience in entertainment, retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus. - Must have weekend and evening availability. - Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the park for extended periods. ** ** PAY & BENEFITS Part-time opportunities available.
