Lead Sign Installer
Looking for an experienced Lead Sign Installer to lead a crew and install interior/exterior signs, graphics, and vehicle wraps. If you have installation experience, know your way around tools, and can lead a team, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Lead a crew and oversee daily installation projects.
- Install, remove, and repair interior/exterior signs and graphics.
- Read layouts, take measurements, and ensure quality installations.
- Safely use tools, ladders, lifts, and other equipment.
- Communicate with customers and keep jobs running smoothly.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site.
Requirements:
- Sign installation, construction, or related trade experience.
- Leadership or crew lead experience preferred.
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable, professional, and able to work hands-on.
Work Environment: Field-based work at customer locations, with travel to job sites as needed.
