Responsibilities for Maintenance Director:

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure the facility is well-maintained.
• Manage preventative maintenance programs, repairs, and inspections.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Maintenance Director:

• Strong knowledge of building maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
