Social Worker As a Social Worker on our team, you will be a trusted advocate and problem-solver for people navigating complex social, emotional, and practical challenges. What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ needs, strengths, and goals.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and their support networks.
• Maintain accurate, confidential case records and documentation in compliance with agency and legal standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams - including educators, healthcare professionals, and community partners - to coordinate holistic care.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work (BSW/MSW) from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure (e.g., LCSW, LICSW).
• Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Resilience, empathy, and commitment to ethical, client-centered practice.
