Student Engagement Specialist

Student Outreach:

o Execute recruitment measures, via the phone, email and SMS ensuring that targeted response timelines, compliance and quality guidelines are consistently met, to aid in enrolling students. o Provide a high-touch experience for students, encouraging the pursuit of their educational goals while ensuring alignment with company objectives and values. o Effectively utilize approved resources to ensure prompt and successful resolution of student concerns, demonstrating exceptional customer service. o Leverages multiple technology platforms to effectively manage and support student and partner relationships. o Communicates clearly and collaborates effectively with teammates and stakeholders as needed.

Compliance and Governance:

o Ensure compliance with all required training and regulatory guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Commensurate Experience - Preferred
• 2+ Years or Minimum of 6-12 months as Associate Student Engagement Specialist, 2 + years of work experience in sales, customer service, teaching, healthcare. Higher Ed or recruitment experience preferred. Or a minimum of 6-12 months as an Associate Student Engagement Specialist. - Required
