As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a guest-focused environment.

What You'll Do:

• Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional check-in and check-out experience.

• Assist guests with questions, requests, and any concerns that may arise.

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with reservations.

• Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts.

• Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.

• Provide outstanding customer service while managing multiple tasks.

What We're Looking For:

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.

• Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexible availability, including some weekends.

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
