JOB REQUIREMENTS: Packaging Department Lead Shift: 1st, (5AM-1PM) Pay: \$25/Hr. (Based on Experience) We are seeking a dependable and experienced Packaging Department Lead to join a manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a solid work history, and experience working in a fast-paced production environment. Job Description: Lead and direct temporary employees in daily packaging operations. Ensure production goals for safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity are met. Train, coach, and support employees while promoting teamwork and accountability. Monitor production activities and address issues to keep operations running smoothly. Follow food safety standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and quality control procedures. Promote a safe and clean work environment. Provide break relief when needed to maintain production flow.
