If you're someone who thrives on accountability, enjoys mentoring others, and takes pride in delivering exceptional results, we'd love to meet you. Why Singleton? Singleton Construction delivers nationwide retail and commercial construction programs for some of America's most recognized brands. Our clients stay with us because we consistently deliver quality projects, communicate openly, and always do what we say we'll do. We believe the same principles apply internally. We trust our people to make decisions, encourage collaboration over hierarchy, and create opportunities for everyone to grow their careers. We're building a team of people who care about doing great work and enjoy doing it together. What You'll Be Doing As a Senior Project Manager, you'll provide leadership across large-scale construction programs while overseeing project execution, team development, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.

You'll be responsible for:

Leading complex commercial construction projects and multi-site programs from planning through completion.
Serving as the primary escalation point and trusted partner for key client accounts.
Managing project budgets, forecasting, cash flow, and overall program profitability.
Developing and improving project management processes, templates, and operational best practices.
Leading, mentoring, and developing Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and field teams.
Ensuring projects are properly staffed and resourced to meet client expectations.
Collaborating with Estimating, Operations, Safety, and Field teams to drive successful project outcomes.
Reviewing contracts, subcontractor performance, procurement strategies, and project risks.
Leading customer meetings and maintaining proactive communication with all stakeholders.
Driving continuous improvement through lessons learned, financial reviews, and performance analysis.
Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the high standards our clients expect.

You'll have the autonomy to make strategic decisions, influence company-wide processes, and play a key role in developing the next generation of construction leaders. What Success Looks Like You'll build long-term client relationships that lead to repeat business and continued growth. Your programs will consistently meet performance goals for safety, quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Your teams will feel supported and accountable, your clients will trust your leadership, and your colleagues will look to you as a mentor and strategic partner. You'll help shape the future of Singleton's Large Projects division while creating lasting impact across the business.
