Hours:
Monday 12:30pm-7pm
Tuesday 8:30am-5pm
Thursday 8:30am-5pm
Friday 8:30am-1pm
Practice Details:
Fast Paced office
Hygiene set-up: 30 mins ** Kids only under 18**
Dynamics: staff of 4, PPO 80% and 20% medicaid
Software: Dentrix
