Hours:
Monday-Thursday 6:45am-7pm
Friday 6:45am-6pm
Saturday 6:45am-4pm
Sunday 8:45am-4pm
Practice Details:
General Practice, Fee For Service, PPO Participant, Fast Paced/Accelerated
Hygiene schedule: Assisted Hygiene- Hygienist not required to seat patient, take x rays, or clean or set up operatories.
Software: Dentrix
