Agentic AI Product Engineer

We are working with an exciting and rapidly growing Austin-based SaaS company that is looking to hire their first Agentic AI Product Engineer. This is an Austin-based role. They are building a next-generation platform that turns that system of record into a system of intelligence. You will own the Agentic AI roadmap and deliver the first roster of agents at launch. You will also own the harness you build agents on and the production loop focusing on continuous improvement. You will set up the toolkit, then build, run, and maintain. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives in LLMs every day and has already shipped agents that customers use. Own the infrastructure, agent design and building, and monitoring and evals once deployed. We will be available to offer a generous salary and equity for this position. About you

• Deep, demonstrated knowledge of Agentic AI. A degree, bootcamp, or vocational AI program is welcome, but we are more interested in what you have built and achieved so far. ( We see this person with 1-2 years of industry experience....but are open )
• A track record of shipping agents in SaaS. You have shipped agents that run in production for paying customers.
• Hands-on with the toolkit for building, monitoring, observing, evaluating, metering, and costing LLM systems.
• Engineering experience. Comfortable in Python or TypeScript, with APIs, event-driven services, and cloud infrastructure.
• Product workflows. You can turn a messy workflow into an agent spec with clear success metrics.
• A continuous-improvement mindset. You treat an agent in production as the start but look at the full picture.
• Obsessed with Agentic AI. You are at the cutting edge of new models, patterns, and tooling, follow the industry daily, are deep into the AI community, and keep a close eye on what competitors are shipping on their agent roadmaps.
• Great communicator.
• Team player.

Bonus points

• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS data and the security and isolation questions that come with giving agents access to it.
• Experience with document-heavy workflows: extraction, classification, and comparison of PDFs, drawings, and spreadsheets.
• Experience with deep search/intelligence agents.
